Booking & Reservations
All safari and day trip bookings are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Prices may change due to park fees, fuel costs, or operational adjustments.

Payments
- Payments accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods.
- Partial or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
- Failure to pay by the agreed date may result in cancellation.

Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- Charges apply based on timing:
- 30+ days prior: 10% of total booking fee
- 15–30 days prior: 50% of total booking fee
- Under 15 days: 100% of total booking fee
- Refunds processed within 14 business days if applicable.

Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, park regulations, or operational reasons. All changes aim to maintain the quality of your safari experience.

Travel Documents & Insurance
- Travelers must hold valid passports, visas, and permits where applicable.
- Travel insurance covering emergencies, accidents, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended.

Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety. Our guides follow all park safety guidelines. We are not liable for injuries or illnesses sustained during the trip.

Liability
Next Level Destinations Tanzania is not responsible for third-party services, wildlife encounters, or any loss or damage incurred during your trip. Participation is at your own risk.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
